Shipping and Payment

Shipping is carried out within one working day within Germany if the item is available, using DHL package service. (The postal transit time within Germany is 1-3 business days, and international transit times may vary and are beyond our control after the handover to DHL).

International shipments are sent via Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium or DHL package service. Within the EU, the delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days. Outside the EU, we cannot influence delivery times due to external circumstances (customs, local logistic companies, etc.).

In any case, after shipment, you will receive a tracking number with which you can always check the status of your order.

As a payment method, we offer pre-payment, PayPal or credit card.

Our prices include the statutory VAT for delivery in Germany or within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import duties may apply, which are not at our discretion.
