Right of Cancellation for Consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation according to the following stipulation, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us
by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees because of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
